Founded in 2021, One Bau Group is a boutique building company based in Sunbury, Victoria. We specialise in custom new builds, thoughtful renovations, and high-performance Passive Haus construction across the Macedon Ranges, Gisborne, Woodend, Riddells Creek and Melbourne's north-west. Director Adam Gazic is a Certified Passive House Tradesperson through the Passive House Institute and holds a current licence (CDB-U 70698) with the Building & Plumbing Commission.

Director of One Bau Group
Adam has been passionate about the building and construction industry for as long as he can remember, bringing 15 + years of hands-on experience to every project. Throughout his career, he has worked on some of Melbourne’s leading high-end constructions, refining his expertise in delivering luxury custom homes, large-scale renovations, and multi-unit developments.

Adam is known for being exceptionally detail-oriented and for holding both himself and those around him to a very high standard. His disciplined approach to quality control, site management, and craftsmanship ensures every element of a build is executed with precision and care.
